Rare Vintage 90's Ellesse By Goldwin X Federation France Ski Snow Jacket

Incredible 90's jacket that I wish I knew more about.  I bought it for my boyfriend because I just loved the amazing chicken logo and team France.  The most I could find on it is that it was a Japanese collaboration of Goldwin Japan with Ellesse and Team France.  If anyone has any further history on this I'd really love to know so please send me a message.
Extremely well made.  The fabric is thick and durable with insulation and it has incredibly detailed hardware.   Only selling because my boyfriend who is 6'1 found it to be an inch too short in the sleeves, so this would be  perfect for someone a little shorter.
I think it is tagged as a L but please be aware that the sleeves are on the shorter side.  See measurements below.  Fits as a baggy Men's M or a fitted L.
Great condition except for some cracking on one of the federation France patches (photographed) and some cracking on the yellow foot of the chicken logo on the back (also photographed).  Clean and ready to wear.  Smoke pet free home.
